The business scope must include at least the "sale of solar photovoltaic modules and products". The entity must be capable of issuing legal and compliant invoices in accordance with Party A's requirements.

Business premises should have product storage, display, and sales capabilities, with established sales channels and installation teams.

Adhere to Party A's products, pricing, marketing strategies, and related management systems, respecting Party A's intellectual property rights and goodwill.
